Early Magazine Covers: These look more like books and less like magazines designed today. They have more writing then pictures because on the cover they have the title and the table of contents.
Poster Covers: These are different because they have one big picture and a big title with no words.
Pictures Married to Type: The covers have one big photo in the middle and have about a paragraph of writing on the left side of the photo.
In The Forest of Words: With this cover all the words are around the picture making the picture look as if in a forest of words. The cover has about only one picture and has a big title but it has like the table of contents in the front of the cover telling you whats going to be in the magazine.
